About the event
This month's class is all about setting intentions for the new year! We will reflect on what we want to let go of from the previous year, and set intentions for the year ahead. You will be guided in a breathwork meditation to help you release the previous year and begin to embody your new intentions. No experience with meditation or breathwork necessary. This class includes a teaching on intention setting, PDF journal prompts, class playlist, and the class recording.
Breathwork is an active meditation technique that facilitates emotional healing and stepping into your power. Breathwork is an opportunity to release what no longer serves us and reclaim our truth. Breathwork will be used as a healing and self-growth modality in this class.
For those new to breathwork: If this is your first time doing breathwork, feel free to click the zoom link 10 minutes prior to the event so I can answer your questions and show you the breathing pattern. Further details including log in information will be sent via email prior to the event.
Informed consent: please check with your healthcare provider if you have cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, have panic attacks, have been recently injured, or take medication regularly for a chronic health condition. This type of breathwork is not recommended if you are pregnant.
